  1. Mix curd and besan in a bowl. Blend well and keep aside..
  2. Heat oil in a kadai..
  3. Put rai jeera and hing..
  4. Now put peanuts. Roast well..
  5. Now put onion ginger curry leaves ginger..
  6. Cook till onion gets tender..
  7. Add salt and haldi. Mix well..
  8. Now carefully add besan curd mixture..
  9. Stir continuously to avoid lumps..
  10. Let it boil for 5 mins..
  11. When done take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves..

I have made this with Peanut Curds to make it probiotic as well. Conventionally Sol Kadi is made with Coconut Milk and wet Kokam. Since I wanted the drink to be probiotic, I replaced the Coconut Milk with buttermilk made of peanut curds. Stir and saute till the raw aroma of the ginger goes away. The Peanut Kadhi has been carefully formulated to avoid items that cannot be had on fasting days.
